If an Aeroresponse Ltd engineer inspecting any engine were to find damage on the High Pressure Compressor or Low Pressure Compressor outside of manual limits, but within the repair limits, then we have the capability to perform on-wing (in-situ) Blade Blend Repair. Resulting in considerable cost savings for the Operator in not having to remove the engine from the wing.

Once the repair has been completed, and the Borescope status is satisfactory, our engineers can issue a JAA Form 1 release to service certificate for that inspection/repair, enabling the aircraft to continue in service.
